Haidian apartment or Room near Haidian brtidge

Hi there

My name is Rich. I'm starting my new job in Haidian on June the 3rd, so I urgently need to find a single bedroom apartment, or to share an apartment with somebody. My contract is for 2 years, so I'd be happy to sign a contract for at least 6 months if the apartment is right.

Fistly, I have a few requirements for the apartment:
- Needs to be nicely furnished (Prefer modern and western)
- Needs to be a short distance to Hiadian bridge, 10 - 15 minutes by bus max (North 4th west Ringroad)
- I need to have a double bed
- Cost between 2000-4000 RMB per month
- All utilities to be in good working order

If you are looking for a flat share I have requirements:
- You need to be fairly clean and tidy
- You have to be easy going
- You understand that working hard is important but playing hard is also important too
- You don't mind a few rounds on Wii sports

I don't mind smokers or non-smokers, male or female, English or American or whatever. These things aren't too important to me.
