Hi,

Im going to school in BLCU and I will be in Beijing around end of August. I'm looking for a studio or 1 bedroom. I will be renting for a minimum of 1 year and could go up til 3 years and so.

Please give me details about your unit (price per month and amenities included in it) and some pictures will be nice too.

And, I like the rent contract to be in English, please.
