Hi everyone,

My name is Peter. I have already been living in Beijing for 2 years. Now im looking for a place to live in san yuan qiao. It has to be very close to the new subway station because I need to use the subway frequently.

Apartment has to be:

-1 room (no roommates)
-no more than 2300RMB
-walking distance to sanyuanqiao subway (no more than 5 minutes walk)
-Almost like a new apartment.


If your apartament has ALL of this simple requirements, then lets get in touch via email. If you have pictures of the apartment better and please send them.

I already know real state prices in Beijing and also im not here for the olympics so dont waste time showing expensive flats or dirty and old ones.
