Room available in Haidian District (WeiGongCun 魏公村, near BeiWai北 外and MinDa 民大) We are seeking one female roommate. The room will be available starting mid-July. 1,500RMB/month.

WHO ARE WE?: Hi. We are two easy-going people. Dawn is an American who was raised in Ecuador and has been living in China for about 2 years. She speaks English, español and some 汉语. Fernando is a friendly Spaniard who speaks English, español and Italian.

THE ROOM: Large window (with great view), single mattress, large cabinet, bed-side stand, AC, desk and chair. 1,500RMB/month.

THE FLAT: The flat is quite modern and has three bedrooms, a small kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas stove), large living room with TV, DVD, sofas, internet, water dispenser, 24-hot water and a washing machine. Quiet location.

THE LOCATION: Nice location, surrounded by great minority restaurants, 15 min by bus to Xizhimen subway station (line 2 and 13), 10 walk to BeiWai, 10 minute walk to supermarket/7-11/gyms, 15-20 min taxi ride taxi ride to Wudaokou.
