2) Furniture:Fully furnitured:2 air-conditioners; 1 refrigerator; 1 TV; 1 washing machine; Internet broadband;2 beds(if you need more ,I will add some);3 sofa and so on………
3) Location:the apartment in the center of Beijing City ,nearby subway station; it is very easy to go to vevrywhere you want ,such as Olympic Spots Center(Olympic park ;shooting ground;national stadium;water cubic;Bird’s net…..).It is very easy to go to lots of famous space,too.
4) Rent required:50﹪down payment is required after rental contract is signed,,(Ihave a band account in Bank of China).Another 50﹪ payment is collected upon you arrival.
5) Advantage:If you stay in Beijing from July15th ~August 30th ,You can vitit lots of famous palce in Beijing before or after Olympic Game.Beijing is a beatiful city with a long history .I can pick you up at r Beijing airport,show you the way from the apartment to the Olympic Game place,I am a physics teacher of a middle school in Beijing ,I am llandlord nnot housing intermedia.
