I am looking for a roommate share apartment with me from now to July 30, the apartment is hua jia di xi li community of Chao Yang District in Beijing, which is located north the 4th ring road, it? on the 1st floor of 20 story building, there are very convenience public transportation out the community door, right next to the Korean Town, Holiday Inn Lido hotel, IKEA Funiture and the Arts of CAFA university, opposite of Nan Hu park.

The apartment have 2 bedroom, one is double bed with balcony, another one is single bed, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, also have refrigerator, kitchen utensils, TV, washer, 24 hour ADSL internet, 24 hour hot water, airconditions and furniture.
That? very convenience you just take your private something coming, the big bedroom will be rent to you.

The rental is 280 EURO / per month, it including all of free.
