My flat mate Min and I are looking for a new roommate to share our flat in Dongzhimen. The flat is quite large, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all appliances. It has an upstairs and a downstairs, two balconies, a beautiful living room and kitchen, and 24 hour security.
The apartment is conveniently located right next to Ginza mall (东方银座) and two minutes from the Dongzhimen subway station. Very close by there are several banks, massage parlours, many delicious restaurants, San Li Tun, two gyms, three grocery stores, and two excellent malls. It’s a fabulous apartment that comes with many added bonuses
The room is available now. The rent for the room is 2350 RMB per month. We are looking for a female roommate who is clean and respectful and who can pay the rent on time. We don’t care about nationality, but as we are both young adults (24 and 25) we would like to have a roommate who is close to our ages.
Everyone that’s been here has said that this apartment is amazing. The rent is not negotiable unfortunately, but I promise you won’t be disappointed.
