A lady has an apartment near YouAnMen （右安门）, which is 15mins by bus from XuanWuMen subway. It is a three bedroom apartment. 120 square meters. Good decorated, very clean and great western furniture, with everything inside. Only she and her husband live there. She wanna find a female foreigner to live with her. Prefer native English speaker. If non native, shall speak good English to help her with her English. You can live there for free, but you need to teach her 5 hours oral English per week, she can also teach you Chinese for free. She would like the person live there at least three month, cause she doesn't wanna the teacher to be changed frequently. Start ASAP.
