There is a nice duplex app. for rent near chaoyang park. Good and quiet location There are 2 floors and every floor has toilet and bathroom, in one of them there is a big bathtub and a sauna on each floor are 2 rooms, one big and a smaller. The big one has a nice terras. Ther is a livingroom and a diningroom.
The appartment has everything ... tv and dvd, internetconnection, microwave, new washingmachine... The place is very clean and the owner wants to keep it this way The appartment is only completely to rent but if you want only a room we can sign u up and when there is enough people we can have a meeting.
