Great location. It is only about five minutes's walk to Subway Line 10 and less than 10 minutes from the Guomao CBD.
And there are lots of good restaurants and banks around.

Very clean and fully furnished 2 bedroom apt, facing south and north with great daylight. It's got a nice bright kitchen – if you like cooking, there is a fresh vegetable market and a Jing Ke Long super market right across the street. Refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioners, TV.

The rent is RMB1,600/month plus any additional costs on water, electricity, internet, gas bill etc (of course the utility bills will be shared between the 2 of us). It is a requirement from the landlord that we have to pay two month rental for deposit fee and he will collect the rent every season.

Your flatmate:I am a non-smoking easy going chinese boy,and graduated from PKU last year. I am a lawyer and would like spend my spare time in learning western culture. So I really want to find a English-speaking partner to share my house and make friends.I am easygoing. I like music,movies,and familar with chinese culture such as chinese food,tea and so on.So you won't get bored living with me.
