hi,

I am looking for a roommate from 29th July to 28th September.Because my roommate(an Australian girl) gets a new job in Shanghai.

this apartment with 2 bedroom is clean and simply decorated with furniture. Air-conditioner,washing-machine, fridge, internet, tv, DVD. Toilet, shower, kitchen are all in good condition.


location: Just across the Canadian Embassy.nearby Sanlitun.YaShow.it is 15 mins to subway.Also,it is very near by Worker Stadium,Chaoyang Park,all of them are holding olympic game:boxing and beach volleyball.

room:one big bedroom(20sqm),15th floor,

facilities:air conditioner,frige,washer,TV,internet

price:2200RMB/Mon(including management,heating fee and TV cabled)
