Hi there,
I have a four-bedroom apartment and two of my roommates will leave for their own country after August 23 or 25, so their rooms will be available then.
Location: Our apartment is opposite to the south gate of Chaoyang Park so we have a very good view of whole Chaoyang Park. It is in the middle of Palm Spring and Park Avenue with very convenient public transportations to Sanlitun, Sanyuan Bridge, China Central Place, Soho and CBD. Iit is on the 14th floor.
About us: A Chinese female and an American female have been living in the apartment for over half a year. The Chinese is working at Dawanglu, and the American is working near to Sanyuan Bridge.
About you: We are looking for two female flatmates, tidy, easy-going, non-smoking, without pets, responsible and know how to respect people. Let us try to make it a warm home for us to stay.
Apartment: there are four bed-rooms, two bathrooms, one big living room, one kitchen, one storage room. Stylish decoration and fully furnished, internet, air-conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator , fresh water machine, microwave oven and all kitchen sets,, TV, DVD player, dinning table, chairs and with all the necessary stuff you need to live here. Clean and cozy, 24hr hot water.
About your rooms: one is the master room, about 22 square meters with a separate bathroom. Monthly rent is RMB3000. One is the small room, about 9 square meters. Monthly rent is RMB1500. The rent is paid on monthly basis and two-month deposit is expected.
Other bills: We shall share the Ayi fee, electricity, gas, water, internet fee (fixed, RMB30/person/month), fresh water fee, toilet papers and so on.
