Looking for housemate and language partner
Location: at the side of north third ring, 5 mins walk to Zhichunlu subway station with Wal-mart Supermarket, close to Beida Renda, Beishida, and Beiyu Univeristy.
The community environment is pretty good, a park with lake, nice swimming pool, Sport court, Pingpang table
spa, gym, small restaurant and supermarket just 1 or 2 mins walk
And 24 hour hot water, security, patrol, and security door
The apartment has a modern kitchen equipped with all house appliances,
You can choose two rooms, the big room ＆ the small room, both are towards south, with plenty of sunshine. I am a nice easy-going teacher, and I am happy to help you Chinese half hour a day. 

Term: the room will be available from 10th of Aug
Rent for small room: 2400mb/month， (short time is welcomed)
Rent foe big room: 3200RMB/month
Deposit: 1 month
