I'm looking for a new roommate to share the flat in Dongzhimen (very close to Ginzo Mall). I will leave Beijing on 16th of August. You will have two very nice roommates, Ryan and Marie.
The flat is quite large, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all necessary appliances. It has an upstairs and a downstairs, a beautiful living room and kitchen, and 24 hour security. The surrounding area is quite nice as well. It is very very close to several banks, massage parlours, many delicious restaurants, San Li Tun, two gyms, the subway, grocery stores, and two excellent malls. It’s a fabulous apartment that comes with many added bonuses.
The current rent for the room is 2350 RMB per month. But, you can renegotiate with the landlord to decrease the price after the next payment, our current contract is until 18th of September.
We are looking for a female roommate who is clean and respectful and who can pay the rent on time. We don’t care about nationality, but as they are both young adults (22 and 25) we would like to have a roommate who is close to our ages.
