I live in a 2 single bedrooms apartment and i’m looking for a flatmate to share it with during June. It is located in 2 minutes walking distance from 人民大学西门 (Renmin University), 5 minutes from the new underground line 10, and from Beiwai Daxue (北外大学) too. 15 minutes from Wudaokou, 20 from Xizhimen line 2 and 13 underground station (地铁西直门站) It's just behind a big 3 floor supermarket in 万泉庄. The apartment is new, in perfect condition, fully furnished with all electrical devices (washing machine, fridge, microwave, air conditioning), 24h elevator. The room has a balcony, wooden floor, TV set, free wireless internet connection. Kitchen and toilet are modern. The rental fee is 2000rmb, only the month of june.
