Hi

I need someone to replace me starting from 5 July to 13 july( You have to move out). The room looks like a hotel standard. The room size should be 4m x 3m including bathroom inside. Bathroom size is 1.5m x 1.5m. There will tv with various diferent kind programs, warddrobe, small refrigerator.

Requirement:

1) only 1 person allow.
2) Price is 125 yuan for each day.
3) Neat,tidy,no smoking in the hotel and room.
4) Bond Money 600 yuan (Refundable)
5) if you lost the key, you have to pay 150 yuan approximately.
