Hey hey

We have one spare bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment, located right next to BLCU, 3 min walking to class for those interested, and 5 min walking to Wudaokou sbuway station. We are a Korean girl and a Spanish guy that have been living together for the last year. Our third flatmate leaves China now and that is why we need a new girl.

The flat is fully furnished , with AC and central-heating, TV, elevator, etc...The price is 2100 yuan, and it is available from the 27th of August. Be aware that we need you to move in near that date as we need to pay the whole semester to the landlord all together, i.e. 6 months payment.

At home, languages available are Chinese, English, Korean and Spanish, but to be able to chat all together Chinese and English are the available ones. We are easy-going people with nothing particular to point out, and we look for the same kind of person.
