Do you know 798 in Beijing, Please see 789 from google, 798 is art area in Beijing and very famous in Beijing in china and in world. Many art shops, gallery and studios in it. Very very difficult for get a place there, because many people want a place can run a business in it.

I have a café gallery there, I am looking for a bf for run the business together.
